In light of recent events in Bristol, highlighting the urgent need to confront and eradicate racial injustice, we are restating our commitment in continuing to play our part in addressing systemic inequalities in our city.
City Funds strive to make Bristol an inclusive, sustainable and fair city, where everyone can thrive and where ethnicity, background, gender, faith, sexuality, physical and neuro diversity are valued and respected.
Our funding, through grants and investment, will prioritise groups facing disadvantage as well as organisations demonstrating excellence in diversity and inclusion within our communities.
We will continue to examine the ways in which we work and explore opportunities to collaborate with others, aiming to challenge oppression and embrace equality, so that together, we can make Bristol a city that works for everyone.
